You will be supporting apprenticeship and advanced apprenticeship pharmacy programmes by completing enrolment and on-programme funding paperwork, maintaining digital records as well as completing methodical administrative duties.

What’s involved in this position?
As a Funding Data Officer, you will be expected to act as part of the Finance, Funding and Enrolments Team and take responsibility for the accurate maintenance of management information systems for apprenticeships.
The successful candidate will ensure the data is compliant and meets the requirements of the funding rules, provide appropriate reports, and be responsible for the preparation of error free ILR data for submission to external agencies. In addition, you will be responsible for the corresponding DAS account transactions and reconciliation.
You will ensure all learner data and funding information is timely, accurate, reliable and accessible, and provide a high quality, customer-focussed, professional service, by liaising and working effectively with other staff, attending meetings and producing reports and information where required. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of data quality and audit compliance is maintained at all times, through the delivery of robust data reporting and funding reporting.
Applicants must have excellent overall IT skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and, in particular, Microsoft Excel. A high level of accuracy, keen attention to detail and the ability to spot errors will be key attributes in the successful applicant. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will also be essential to the role.
Applicants will need to have a full understanding of all aspects of ESFA Apprenticeship Funding, as well as experience of working in the apprenticeship sector.
