We are looking for talented people to help us make those companies even more successful. You will organise and administer welfare and progression visits, conduct routine welfare calls for all learners, process new enrolment forms, deal with telephone and email enquiries, support administration of the Safeguarding and Welfare Department, use modern and effective marketing and communication methods, produce, monitor, and maintain reports ensuring compliance standards as outlined in the Safeguarding Operating Standard.

What is involved in this position?
As Safeguarding and Welfare Team Administrator, you must be able to demonstrate company values, have a proven track record of providing support in a similar role and a high standard of Maths and English. Demonstrate a working understanding of inclusion, equality, and anti-discrimination, safeguarding and best practice. Experience of managing website content, e-newsletters, and other forms of modern communication, having knowledge of Ofsted and ESFA requirements.
Applicants must have excellent overall IT skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel. A high level of accuracy, keen attention to detail and the ability to spot errors will be key attributes in the successful applicant. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will also be essential to the role. You will have the ability to manage a constant workload with conflicting demands and able to work effectively as a member of a team and alone.
You will be required to attend annual training to ensure that your knowledge and qualifications are in line with industry standards.
Knowledge of the Pharmacy, Education and Training Sector is not required as full training will be provided as part of the induction process, but applicants are advised that a positive, can-do attitude is an essential part of organisational culture at Buttercups Training.
