This course enables team leaders to develop the core principals of communication and motivation, as well as managing performance and giving balanced feedback.

This course meets the leadership training requirement necessary to achieve Level 1 Healthy Living Pharmacy status.

Provides the learner with the knowledge and confidence to offer opportunistic brief advice to, or engage in brief interventions with, individuals about behaviour change which could improve their health and well being.
