Buttercups Mission Statement

To help Buttercups learners employed in the healthcare sector achieve their potential and make a rewarding contribution to the health and wellbeing of their local communities and the success of their employers.

Buttercups Training is a successful, well-established training provider with a wealth of experience and expertise.

Founded in 1988, Buttercups Training delivers high quality training programmes to pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and support staff working in hospitals, community pharmacy and primary care.

We work with and provide training for independent pharmacies, small and large multiples, hospitals and dispensing doctors.

As a direct benefit of having a deliberate policy of recruiting experienced, well-qualified personnel, we are staffed by a committed and enthusiastic team of around 150 professionals, including pharmacists and technicians drawn from all sectors of pharmacy.

We provide a flexible approach to training, principally through blended learning and teaching. As part of our commitment to giving our learners the highest quality of education, all of the following benefits are offered to our learners:

Buttercups Training actively seeks government funding for payment of fees and are flexible according to the delivery model required.
Our learners' progress is individually monitored and supported for the duration of the course and even beyond completion when our information, advice and guidance service remains available. We believe that our ability to communicate directly with our learners and their workplace is the key to a successful learning experience.
