Buttercups Training is a well-established, specialist provider of pharmacy education, delivering high-quality training programmes to pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and support staff working in hospitals, community pharmacy and primary care.

Our teaching team is made up of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians recruited from across the profession in all sectors of pharmacy. Their real-world insight ensures that our programmes stay relevant, practical and aligned to the demands of modern practice.  

With around 200 dedicated professionals delivering and developing our courses, we offer specialist expertise at every stage of learning.  

A flexible, insight-driven learning experience 

We offer a blended learning model designed to support learners with different needs, schedules and learning styles. Our b-Hive platform provides digital resources, real-time analytics and personalised guidance, empowering learners to stay engaged and on track.  

Alongside digital delivery, our in-house teaching team offers direct access to knowledgeable tutors, one-to-one tuition and tailored employer support, ensuring each learner has the tools and confidence to progress.  

We also provide individualised feedback and guidance as well as direct access to course developers for specialist queries. All of these features are designed to help learners succeed, from enrolment through to completion and beyond.  

Supporting employers and the wider healthcare system 

Buttercups works closely with employers to ensure our training supports workforce development goals. Our client relationships team provides guidance on funding, delivery models and workforce planning, helping employers maximise their training investment.  

As an accredited provider, we deliver apprenticeships and professional qualifications nationwide, empowering healthcare organisations to build capable, motivated teams.
