Setting up your Digital Apprenticeship Service Account
Get together the information you need to create a Digital Apprenticeship Service account.

Before you Begin
You will need:
Be authorised to accept legal agreements on behalf of your organisation
A Gov.uk One login
A valid email address
Your 13 digit Accounts Office reference and Employer PAYE number (found on letters from HMRC about PAYE and the tax number)
There are 4 steps to registration
Add your user details
Add your PAYE details
Add the account name
Accept the accept the employer agreement
How to create a DAS account
Head to the government website - Sign in to your apprenticeship service account
Create or login in via your GOV.UK One Login account and add user details
Add your organisation and PAYE scheme using your Accounts Office Reference number or use your Government Gateway log in
Set your account name
Accept your employer agreement. The DAS functionality of the account will be restricted until this has been done

Giving Buttercups permission to reserve funding
Once you've added Buttercups Training to your Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account, you'll need to set the correct permissions so we can reserve funding and support your apprenticeship programme.
Step 1: Add Buttercups Training as your training provider
Log in to your DAS account
Select Apprenticeships from the homepage
Go to Your training providers
Click Add a training provider
Enter our UKPRN: 10013570
Select Yes, add Buttercups Training Ltd and continue
Step 2: Set permissions for Buttercups Trainingr
Return to Your training providers
Find Buttercups Training Ltd and select Set permissions
For Create Cohort, select Yes. This allows us to add apprentice records and reserve funding on your behalf
For Recruitment, select Yes if you'd like us to help advertise your vacancy through the National Apprenticeship Service. If you already have a candidate in place, either option is suitable
