Course overview
The need for great leadership in pharmacies to drive patient outcomes and business performance has become more important than ever.
On this course, your existing traits, strengths and areas for development will be evaluated and you'll develop an understanding of how your behaviour affects your performance as well as that of your team. You'll develop an action plan to implement back in your workplace with measurable goals aimed at improving personal effectiveness and team performance.

Who is the course for?
The course is designed for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians or other team members with management responsibilities. It meets the leadership training requirement needed to achieve Level 1 Healthy Living Pharmacy (HLP) status.
How the course is delivered
The course can be delivered either as an in-person workshop or online course – both involve a variety of teaching methods with activities and opportunities for self-reflection.
