Accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH), our Understanding Behaviour Change course will provide you with knowledge of the importance of listening, hearing and observing when engaging with people to deliver brief advice and behaviour interventions to inform positive change.
You'll learn the skills and techniques needed to establish appropriate relationships with individuals to help them develop strategies for behaviour change that could improve their health and wellbeing.
Who is the course for?
The course is designed for those who wish to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of individuals by providing timely advice and supporting them to make positive behaviour changes.
How the course is delivered
The course is delivered online via our state-of-the-art b-Hive learning platform.
Each module includes a set of short quiz questions, and you will then take a mock exam comprising 30 multiple choice questions. On successful completion of the mock exam, you will be registered for the official RSPH exam, which follows the same format.
