From early March 2026, you’ll start signing in to your Buttercups learning systems using your email address instead of a username.

This update will give you quick and easy access to:

• b-Hive learning platform
• Your OneFile eportfolio (where applicable)

Note: This does not apply to the VQ Manager eportfolio.

You'll move to a new streamlined login experience, which means:

• Signing in using your registered email address.
• One email, one login for all supported Buttercups systems.
• No more platform specific usernames.
• Your courses, progress, and learning materials won’t change.
